Frances is a true California girl – born in San Francisco, raised in Sacramento, and now living in Los Angeles. She is currently a USC Trojan, pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration and Communication, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Entertainment.

Frances has a strong background in Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media, and Public Speaking. She has worked with companies such as CMPR, ROGERS & COWAN, YOUNG HOLLYWOOD, and the LA SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION. In 2009, she was selected to be a CoverGirl for SING TAO DAILY (newspaper, magazine, & radio station) – the “leader of Chinese media serving the Chinese community worldwide”. After a year of appearances and performances, Frances was voted by fans to win “MISS SING TAO 2009 – PEOPLE’S CHOICE”.

For the past year, Frances has been working with Simply Sporty, a fashionable women’s clothing line for college brands such as UCLA, SDSU, UNLV, ASU, and of course USC. Not only is she a marketing and promotional representative for the company, but she is also the face and host of the brand and its YouTube channel.
Most recently, you can find Frances as one of the weather anchors for “Annenberg TV News” (ATVN), USC’s only news broadcast and “The Daily SCene” on USC’s television channel, TrojanVision.
